Commercial Terms (Payment and Delivery)
To ensure that when decisions are made that workers will be paid appropriately and accordingly
Buyer shall collaborate with Supplier to agree on commercial terms, including payment and delivery terms, that will support Buyer’s and Supplier’s performance of their respective obligations under this Agreement and prevent and mitigate Adverse Impacts. Delivery and payment terms will clearly indicate the time and place for (a) the transfer of risk of loss; (b) Buyer’s obligation to accept the goods; and (c) Buyer’s obligation to pay.
